Release of Breaking Clear; Breaking Acne Rules by Dr. Edwin Ishoo.

Breaking Clear; Breaking Acne Rules

In the age of global pandemic contagions, it is more important than ever before to achieve clear skin without toxic and immune-compromising chemotherapy typically used to treat acne. This book provides a better understanding of inflammatory acne and offers a concrete strategy for definitively clearing acne with a targeted, surgical approach—sustainably clearing acne without drugs, chemicals or highly restrictive changes to diet and lifestyle!

April 23, 2020 – Cambridge, MA – Acne is not a normal condition like aging and not caused not by dirt, diet, hormones, genetics or lifestyle, but a disease that is caused by an opportunistic and communicable bacterial infection of the oil glands, which spreads more easily through direct contact in high density populations and leads to the formation of encapsulated pustules. An inflamed cyst or pustule is an abscess which is a surgical infection that must be opened, drained and disinfected to clear. Dr. Edwin Ishoo explains why the typical chemical and pharmaceutical treatments alone as prescribed frequently by the mainstream dermatology practices in the United States are ineffective in sustained clearing of acne and may cause significant and lasting collateral damage to many other organs, “making the treatment worse than the disease” states Dr. Ishoo. Breaking Clear: Breaking Acne Rules is a revolutionary book in which Dr. Ishoo reframes what pustular, inflamed, cystic acne is and proposes a paradigm shift in treatment of this most common skin disease in the world and outlines an aggressive and intensive hands-on protocol which can be adopted by any physician specializing in the treatment of acne to replace or complement their current approach. “No one needs to spend time stressing about changing their entire life around acne when they can change the treatment of acne and start maintaining and enjoying their clear and healthy skin.” claims Dr. Ishoo.

“Clearing acne should be a public health priority in the age of pandemic contagions” states Dr. Ishoo, further explaining that “Acne patients touch their face frequently to pick and open their cysts, clean their face or apply acne products, which is why they are at higher risk and more susceptible to become infected or transmit contagions to others and why acne requires intensive and urgent treatment,”. This book also reviews why chemical and pharmaceutical treatments are ineffective in sustained clearing of cystic acne and often cause long-term toxicity through digestive, immune and endocrine disruptions. “Chronic infection and inflammation of the skin caused by acne can compromise skin integrity and immune response, making the individual more susceptible to other contagions.” Dr. Edwin Ishoo explains and further adds, “Effective treatment and sustained clearing requires an intensive hands-on surgical approach involving opening, draining and meticulously disinfecting each pustule—not relying on lotions, potions, pills and prayers.”
